Conference Venue

The Workshop will be held at the Amur State University located in Blagoveshchensk, the administrative center of the Amur Region. Blagoveshchensk (founded in 1856) is a strategically important Far Eastern forpost of Russia. The city has a specific geographical position: it is located on the state border of Russia with China. The Amur Region today is the place for the implementation of large-scale federal projects (the Vostochny Cosmodrome, the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, a gas processing plant, a cascade of hydroelectric power stations).
